Super friendly folks. Very attentive, more than one person greeted me and tried to take my order. Fast takeout, yummy food! Very clean restrooms, two private unisex available. Great place for family or a breakfast date!

This is an excellent place to go if you’re looking for somewhere with good food for a good price. The quality of food is honestly great for its low price. The atmosphere is bright and inviting, like a quaint cottage. The service was excellent; all of the servers were friendly and noticeably on task. For me personally the french toast could use a bit more flavor, but I am a person that prefers more flavor than most.

Nice place to grab a fantastic meal. Cozy restaurant/cafe feel. Everyone is so friendly! The atmosphere starts the enjoyable experience. We got breakfast. Everything is fresh and tastes great! All of the bread is homemade including the cinnamon and raisin bread, which I have not seen at a restaurant. The portion sizes are perfect and the price is more than fair. It won't break the bank. I like ketchup on my eggs as you see in the photos. Weird, I know. They open early and close at 2pm. Closed on Wednesday. I highly recommend this quaint place while in the Hendersonville area.

I am visiting the area and searched for a local restaurant that serves breakfast. I came across Kosta's. The parking lot has plenty of parking. I walked in and was greeted by two nice ladies. I was seated and within minutes my server came over. She was super nice! I opted for the strawberry pancakes and a side of grits. When my food came out (which was like 5 minutes after ordering), I could not believe how big the portions were. The pancakes come with strawberries, whipped cream, powdered sugar (I choose to go without), and butter. They also bring you a glass bottle of hot syrup! The pancakes and strawberries were so delicious. The grits were delicious as well. They come with a side of butter. I quickly observed that Kosta's is a place that the locals frequent. I highly recommend this place if you're in the area. The menu has lots to choose from (breakfast and lunch). You won't be disappointed.

On our day trip to Asheville, NC my Wife and I found Kosta's Fireside Restaurant & Pancake Inn in Hendersonville to stop and have a bite of brunch and boy am I glad we did. They say you can always tell if a place is good by how many cars are in the parking lot.....there were quite a few. We figured that there would be a crazy long wait time but it was less than 30 mins. As we were greeted it felt like home, everyone was so nice and the atmosphere was very relaxed and you felt welcome. All of the Staff treated us like Family and our Server, Tracey was a sweetheart. Last but not least, the food was awesome. Everything tasted home-cooked and I ate till I almost needed a wheelbarrow to carry me out. Seriously though, this is a great place to eat whether you are a local or just passing through. I can't wait till we pass through again! 5 Stars across the board y'all!!!........

Absolutely the best breakfast we have had in the region. The customer service was excellent the systems and food were amazing we will come back many many times. Two people eating all we could eat was 24. Just can't say enough I would give it 10 Stars if I could
